Privacy
We collect nothing. There are no accounts, no logins, no analytics, no newsletter list, and no forms that ask about your credit. The contact form does not send anything to us — it opens your own email program with a message filled in, and you decide whether to send it.
There is nothing to log into, nothing to buy, and no form on this site that asks about your credit. If you never subscribe to the newsletter, we hold nothing about you at all.
What we do not collect
Most privacy policies list what a site takes. This one is more useful in reverse, because the list of what we deliberately do not take is the longer and more important one:
- Your name, unless you choose to email it to us yourself
- Your Social Security number — we never ask for it and you should never send it to us
- Anything about your credit report, credit score, debts, or accounts
- Your date of birth or address
- Any documents you might upload elsewhere — this site has no upload feature
If you email us, please leave out your Social Security number, account numbers, and credit report pages. We have no use for them, we do not want to hold them, and email is not a secure way to send them to anyone. If you have already sent something like that, email info@homebuyersalliance.org and ask us to delete it.
Analytics
We currently run no analytics on this site at all. No page-view counter, no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no retargeting tags, no third-party tracker of any kind. If we ever add one it will be a privacy-friendly counter that sets no cookies, stores no IP address, builds no profile, and cannot identify you — and this page will say so before it goes on, not after.
The newsletter
There is no newsletter signup on this site, so there is no list and there is nothing you can subscribe to. If we add one it will ask for an email address and nothing else, we will never sell, rent, trade, or share it, every message will carry a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing will delete the address.
What we share
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with any affiliated company, and we have no advertisers. The only exception is if we are legally required to produce something by a court order or valid legal process.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. If we ever embed a video, that provider may set its own — we will say so where it happens.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing info@homebuyersalliance.org. Because the site itself stores nothing, the only thing that can exist is an email you chose to send us — and if you ask us to delete it, we delete it.
Children
This site is written for adults dealing with their own credit and housing decisions. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. We do not make changes retroactively — if we ever started collecting something new, it would apply going forward and be described here first.
